What is The Rugged Road trip?
I get asked this question a lot! RSS (Retail Service Systems), supports entrepreneurs… rugged entrepreneurs are what we call them! The term “rugged” was actually coined by our CEO Scott Andrew and it took off.
"Rugged" represents the American Dream and people that build their own businesses from the ground up and wear all the hats from janitor to president. The rugged road trip allows me to visit these rugged entrepreneurs at their store locations and as the COO I like to keep everyone connected.
I get to hear their stories, support them, and I get to feel the pride and enthusiasm our rugged entrepreneurs have for what they do! And, I get to drive around in a cool "Rugged Roadtrip" wrapped cargo van and give it away to one of the lucky “ruggeds” at the
