Darren Conrad, COO of RSS, is the "rugged" on the Rugged Roadtrip and is the one who drives the van around the country.
Darren has founded separate retail business chains and is now part owner of Retail Service Systems (RSS) as their Executive Vice President and Chief Community Officer.
Darren hosts many training seminars entitled “See America Training” throughout the United States. The seminars are centered around building community within the BoxDrop mattress business. Darren travels around the country for two months every year on “The Rugged Roadtrip”, visiting BoxDrop locations, connecting with the business owners, and showing appreciation and support.
God has blessed Darren‘s life with abundance through challenges, obstacles, defeats and victories. Recognizing through it all, the value of being part of a community, whether in family, school, business, church, or socially, is what drives us and gives us our lives fulfillment. Everyone has a story to tail and “The Rugged Roadtrip“ is Darren‘s story.
